Ok Omni LLC offers a variety of digital services including, but not limited to, website design and development, SEO, digital marketing, consulting, web hosting, and maintenance. All services are provided as per the specifications agreed upon between Ok Omni LLC and the client.

2. No Refund Policy

By purchasing services from Ok Omni LLC, you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. This no-refund policy applies to all services, including but not limited to website development, SEO services, consulting, paid advertising, hosting, or any other digital assets provided.

There are no exceptions to this policy, and it cannot be misinterpreted or modified. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable regardless of whether the project has been started, completed, or abandoned. Any disputes related to this clause will be handled as per the provisions in the “Dispute Resolution” section below.

3. Payment Terms

• By making a payment, clients agree to the terms of service outlined in this document.
• All payments must be made in full as per the agreed timeline before services are rendered.
• Late payments or delays in payment will result in a suspension of services until payment is completed.
• Clients will be responsible for any additional costs or legal fees related to late or failed payments.

4. Project Timelines

• Timelines for all projects will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement.
• All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed upon. There is no proration of services or roll-over of unused services to subsequent months.
• While Ok Omni LLC strives to meet deadlines, external factors such as client delays, changes in project scope, or force majeure may impact timelines. Ok Omni LLC will communicate any necessary adjustments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials created by Ok Omni LLC for the client, including but not limited to code, design, email content outreach and marketing strategies, remain the intellectual property of Ok Omni LLC until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client.

6. Acknowledgment of Services Rendered and No Guarantee of Results

By making payment to Ok Omni LLC, clients acknowledge that all services provided—such as SEO, digital marketing, website development, consulting, and related deliverables; have been performed as described and are accepted in full. Once payment is made, clients may not later claim that services were not rendered or were unsatisfactory.

Ok Omni LLC delivers services using industry best practices, experience, and good-faith efforts; however, due to the variable nature of digital platforms, algorithms, and third-party tools, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic increases, or return on investment (ROI).

Clients expressly understand and agree that:

• Marketing outcomes are not guaranteed, and fluctuations in performance are expected.

• Payment is due in full before and rarely once services have been delivered, regardless of perceived effectiveness.

• No refunds, chargebacks, or non-payment shall be permitted on the basis of unmet expectations or lack of specific results.

• Non-performance in outcome does not constitute non-performance of service.

Engagement with Ok Omni LLC signifies full agreement to these terms. Clients are encouraged to communicate project requirements and expectations before work begins to ensure alignment.

7. Third-Party Services

Ok Omni LLC may recommend or utilize third-party services such as hosting providers, email platforms, or SEO tools. We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or service disruptions caused by these third-party services. Clients are advised to read and understand the terms of any third-party services they engage with.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ok Omni LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data.

9. Changes to Services or Terms

Ok Omni LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. Changes to these terms will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or services rendered.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or the services provided, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Connecticut.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, and any legal action related to these terms or services must be brought within the jurisdiction of Connecticut courts.

13. Data Sharing

Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

13. Messaging Terms and Conditions
